Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  You shall receive a notification once your item/s has been posted.  Please note due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in the delivery of your item/s out of our control.

We offer a flat rate of $10 standard delivery (not traceable), $15 for express delivery or free delivery for any orders worth over $100.  Please note we only currently delivery with Australia.

You can skip delivery fees by picking your order up in store.  You shall be sent an email notifying you once your order is ready for pickup. Our store is open from 8am-4pm 7 days a week  Please have your email confirmation with you when you come to collect your order.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused,and in original condition and packaging.  Please see our full returns/refund policy for further detail.

In the event that your order arrives damaged please email us at info@beachshakk.com.au with the order number and a photo of the item/package.  We address this on a case by case basis and we shall do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
