Shipping
Shipping is currently available Australia wide via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking order through Australia Post which you are able to track online via Australia Post website.
Delivery timeframe is 1-5 business days from date of dispatch. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 there may be delays in postage. Choosing to have your parcel sent via express postage will incur additional charges. We are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen parcels incurred during postage, if you require insurance on your parcel please contact us, this will incur additional charges.
If a parcel goes missing we shall do our best to have the item tracked however please be aware that this may take some time.
Once an order has been placed changes are no longer able to be made so please ensure you confirm correct postage details prior to confirming your order. If for some reason changes are required please contact us and we shall do our best to assist. If parcels are undelivered or returned to sender postage costs are unable to be refunded, please ensure all details are correct prior to confirming your order.
